If I were to ever own a coffee shop, this would be the disclaimer at the front door.. And it would be enforced.

My previously grim outlook on Aussie hip-hop has been evolving over the past 18 months; or possibly, it has evolved into something that I personally find agreeable. Regardless, I have become complacent and have fallen victim to the effortlessly catchy beats of many “home grown” talents. Of which, my new favorite track is the above: “I love it” by the hilltop hoods featuring Sia.

Sunshine coast.
Love the weather, people and music. I also love the bluntness of some of its citizens, in particular those on the “better” side of 50 who- once retirement hits, don’t seem to feel the need to protect the feelings of those around them or the perception that passing strangers may develop.
The best way to get my message across, in short, Is that whilst walking around the derelict Caloundra markets I was confronted by a shirt (worn by once such gentleman) which stated the following:
“It’s spelled FUCK not FCUK you dyslexic CNUTS”.
Nuff. Said.
